About us

We are an interdisciplinary team of experimental physicists, chemists, engineers and material scientists.

What unifies us is an interest in probing the photophysics, excited state dynamics and spin physics of emerging quantum optical material systems.

We are looking to hire enthusiastic PhD students, Summer Interns, Masters and Postdocs to join in 2026/7. Contact hannah.stern@materials.ox.ac.uk to learn more.
